Return and Exchange Guarantee

When purchasing from the AIKO® online shop www.aiko-equi.com, the European consumer protection law extends the right of withdrawal to 21 days. Within this period, you as a customer can cancel or exchange the ordered item after receipt.

To exercise your right of withdrawal with your purchase, the product must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal from your purchase, you as the customer are responsible for the return costs.

Please send us the return with a shipping service provider of your choice and keep the tracking number until the package has been confirmed by us.

We accept no responsibility for your return until after it has been received by us. We strongly advise you to only send insured and traceable returns.

Once we have received your return, we will refund you for the returned products. Any shipping costs will always remain and will not be reimbursed.

Returned products are returned in unaltered and unused condition. The return must be well packaged and returned in the same manner as it was delivered to be approved.

In the case of damaged returns, we reserve the right to charge an impairment compensation fee of up to 100% of the value of the product.

The refund will be made when we have received the goods and checked the condition. The refund applies to the cost of the product, shipping costs remain and are therefore never refunded.

If you exchange for another product of equal value, shipping to you will be free of charge. This means that you bear the return of the product to be exchanged (= return) and we bear the shipping of the new desired product. However, this only applies within the 21-day right of withdrawal.

Please note that customized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. These are items personalized with initials, branding or names. These cannot be exchanged or returned.

Pricing

The prices shown are end customer prices, the order overview and the invoice show the EU country-specific VAT.

If you order from non-EU countries, the end customer price without VAT will be shown in the order overview and on the invoice.

Customers from non-EU countries buy from us without VAT.

Any customs duties/VAT must be clarified with the customs authorities in your destination country. AIKO is not responsible for any duties or fees associated with importation. All charges must be paid by the package recipient.

The AIKO voucher is an exception to VAT-free purchases. Customers from non-EU countries can only purchase this including VAT.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

Delivery and shipping

Free delivery for orders above EUR 199,-.

Within Austria and to Germany, the shipping and packaging share is EUR 6.90.

To Switzerland and the other EU countries, the shipping and packaging costs are EUR 9.95.

Duty and customs fees apply to all international orders outside of the EU. AIKO is not responsible for any duties or fees associated with the import. All charges must be paid by the package recipient.

Depending on your location, we offer local shipping options (DPD and Post).

Please note how important it is to enter your correct email address and telephone number. This is the only way you will receive important information such as shipping confirmation and the tracking code for your package. Uncollected packages will be returned to us. Your order will be refunded with the exception of €35 per unclaimed package.

You will receive the shipping confirmation and the tracking link for your shipment from us by email. If your package has arrived at a pick-up point, you will also receive a notification. Please ensure you provide accurate contact information.

Delivery time

Once your order is complete, your package will be sent as soon as possible. Non-customized products will usually be shipped within 1-2 working days. Products with customization are shipped within 3-4 business days. The packages usually reach you within a few days in the EU.

If products are no longer in stock, we will notify you. AIKO cannot be held responsible for these occurrences.

In the case of special campaigns, especially during the pre-Christmas period, the delivery time may be longer. Please plan this in good time in order to receive gifts in good time.

Terms of payment for Austria and all EU countries and Switzerland

Payment in advance (not possible for non-EU countries)
Simply pay the invoice amount in advance by bank transfer to our account. After we have received your order, we will send you the confirmation on which you will find our bank details. After full payment has been credited to our account, we will send the goods to you immediately. Please note that we do not accept transfers from bank accounts from non-EU countries.

Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply. The warranty period is 2 years and begins when the goods are handed over. Your warranty claims are initially limited to supplementary performance. If the supplementary performance fails, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract or reduction of the purchase price.

Otherwise, the statutory provisions apply.
