We know that careful handling of your personal data is important to you. We appreciate your trust in us to handle your data with the utmost care. We will process your date exclusively based on legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In your privacy and data protection guidelines we'll inform you about the most important aspects of processing data through our website.

Contact us

If you contact us through our website or email, your data will be saved for six months for the purpose of handling your inquiry/suggestion/... and eventual comments. We will not pass on your data without your consent.

Data storage

We would like to point out that the IP data of the connection owner, as well as the contact details of the buyer, are stored by the web shop operator in the context of cookies for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing. We never have the buyer's credit card details or other payment details, these are processed directly with the payment provider.

Furthermore the following data will be saved for contract implementation: name, country, postal code, city, email address, birth date, sex. This information is required from you to ensure fulfillment of contract respectively implementation of tentative contract procedures. Without these data we cannot conclude a contract. We don't transfer your data to a third pary, the exception being the transmition of credit card/bank account details to the processing banking institution / payment service provider for charging the purchase amount, the transport/shipping comany to deliver your purchased items and our tax councelor for processing our tax-based commitments.

This data will be stored in your account with us. You can delete your account at any time: log into your account and select "Account information" - here you have the option of deleting your account. Attention: If you delete your account, all your data will be deleted and cannot be recovered!

If you cancel the purchase, all saved data will be deleted. On conclusion of a contract all data will be saved until the fiscal safekeeping period (7 years) has ended.

Data for name, address, sold goods and date of sale will be saved until the product liability period (10 years) has ended. Data processing is carried out based on legal provisions § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (compliance) and/or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of contract) of the DSGVO.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do no harm.

Cookies help us to improve the user-friendliness of our website. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

You have the right to regarding your data: enquiry, correction, deletion, restriction, transfer, revocation and objection. If you think that the handling of your data is against data privacy laws or that your data protection claims have been violated in any kind, you can file a complaint  with the regulating authority (in Austria this is the data protection authority).
